Juan has responsibility for the Project and Programme Management team. The purpose of the Project and Programme Management (PPM) team is to manage the projects and programmes that make up the Department's portfolio, and ultimately to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and service provided by the Department. This Unit leads on the delivery of all projects and programmes within the portfolio.
