Harry Lester is assigned responsibility at Assistant Secretary level for the Corporate Services Division in the Department.Harry leads on leading, managing and coordinating various inter Departmental functions including Human Resources; Finance and management of the Department’s vote; Accommodation, the ICT function within the Department, Management and Business Services support; oversight of legal services; Communications and Press and the promotion of best practice in Corporate Governance within the Department, Offices and Agencies. Harry also leads on coordination of the Department’s contribution to Civil Service Renewal and Public Sector Reform.
