Jean O’Donnell is Chair of Women in Technology & Science Ireland. Jean has extensive expertise in employee experience and talent development. She specialises in designing, developing, and implementing innovative people development, employee engagement, and change strategies globally. She is passionate about fostering positive organisational cultures, driving behaviour change, and enhancing employee wellbeing.
Her strengths lie in identifying opportunities for growth, driving positive change and fostering collaborative environments. Holding a Masters in Coaching for Leadership & Personal Development, she is co-founder of Wayfinder Careers, aiming to bring transformative coaching tools to everyone.
