Sinéad Mullins is a Senior Executive with over 15 years experience in employer relations, employment law, industrial relations and strategic HRM. She is a graduate of the University of Limerick where she completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in Economics and Finance and a Masters in Human Resource Management. She also holds a BA in Legal Studies from Technological University Dublin.
She has represented the views of employers, at a national level, in the negotiation of employment regulation orders and has been a member of several key stakeholder committees.
Internationally, she has served as part of the Irish delegation to the International Labour Organisation at the United Nations.
She has worked with Ibec, Ireland’s largest employer representative body, for over 15 years working across a number of roles up to Acting Regional Director. In her role, she advises employers on HR, IR and employment law matters. She appears regularly before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court. Sinead is currently the head of the Ibec Graduate programme.
