Principal Officer: Enforcement, Legal and Governance

Responsibility at Head of Division level for a range of governance functions - data protection and data governance, freedom of information, delivery of procurement support services and development of procurement governance; delivery of internal audit programme of work; delivering efficient processes in governance, business planning, developing organisational capability in governance, guidance in the execution of corporate and divisional projects and programmes; delivery of a risk management framework, guidance in relation to risk management. This division is further responsible for planning, co-ordination and implementation supports in respect of enforcement and legal services.
