Liam is the Head of Corporate Services in the Chief State Solicitor’s Office. He is a member of the Management Board and is responsible for Human Resources, ICT, Finance, Corporate and Legal Support, Regulation and Compliance, Office services, Records and Registry and Knowledge and Information Services.
Prior to joining the CSSO in 2025 Liam was the Chief Information Officer in Tailte Éireann. Liam was previously the Chief Information Officer in the Valuation Office and the Executive Director of Corporate Services for Pobal, a not-for-profit company that manage social inclusion, reconciliation and equality programmes on behalf of the Irish Government. Prior to that he worked in several senior ICT roles in the private sector.
Liam holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management from the National University of Ireland, a Bachelor in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Business Studies from the University College Dublin Graduate Business School.
