Tony Joyce

Tony is a Deputy Assistant Chief State Solicitor and heads the EU Law Section which is part of the Constitutional & State Litigation Division. He has worked in various litigation sections within the CSSO for over 25 years. In his role as head of the EU Law Section he has participated in numerous cases before the Court of Justice of the EU, the General Court and the EFTA Court as an Agent for Ireland.

Tony holds a BCL, MA in Public Management and diplomas in Property Tax, Employment Law and EU Law.
