The NCEC Guideline developers manual provides guidance and instructions to people considering or planning clinical guidelines for submission to the NCEC.
These NCEC documents are essential reading for those considering or undertaking national guideline development.
The NCEC published an Implementation Guide and Toolkit in September 2018.
The purpose of the Implementation Guide is primarily to support those involved in the development and implementation of National Clinical Guidelines, for planning implementation activities.
Implementation science is the scientific study of methods to promote the systematic uptake of research findings and other evidence-based practices into routine practice, to improve the quality and effectiveness of health services.
