The European Commission is conducting a review of the 15-Point Action Plan on Trade and Sustainable Development.
The European Commission (COM) is currently conducting a review of the 15-Point Action Plan on Trade and Sustainable Development (TSD). As announced in the Trade Policy Review (TPR) Communication: “The review will cover all relevant aspects of TSD implementation and enforcement, including the scope of commitments, monitoring mechanisms, the possibility of sanctions for non-compliance as well as the institutional set-up and resources required.”
An open public consultation has been launched by COM: Open public consultation on the Trade and Sustainable Development (TSD) Review.
Stakeholders are invited to submit their responses to the questions directly to COM by the 5 November 2021 deadline, and copy to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment - trade@enterprise.gov.ie
