Electronic Communications (Security Measures) Regulations 2024 - Security Measures Guidelines
Eamon Ryan TD, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, gives statutory notice of his intention to make the Electronic Communications (Security Measures) Regulations 2024, to ensure providers of public electronic communications networks or of publicly available electronic communications service take appropriate and proportionate technical and organisational measures to manage the risks posed to the security of networks and services.

The closing date for submissions is 5.30pm on Friday, 26 July 2024
