The Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe TD, invites interested parties to make submissions in relation to the proposed Central Bank (National Claims Information Database) Bill. The objective of this consultation is to seek the views of stakeholders, including insurance undertakings and intermediaries, consumers, other state bodies and interest groups, on the implementation of the Cost of Insurance Working Group’s recommendation to establish a National Claims Information Database to improve the availability of data in the insurance sector.
