Eamon Ryan TD, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications gives notice of his intention to make the Designated Salmonid Waters Bye-Law to provide for the designation of the waters specified in the Schedule to the draft bye-law as salmonid waters to be managed primarily for the benefit of wild salmonid species.
