Leitrim County Council and the Leitrim Heritage Forum have prepared a Draft Heritage Plan 2020-2025 and are looking for your views.
This plan sets out the priorities for Heritage in Leitrim over the next 6 years and is a commitment by Leitrim County Council to promote and protect Leitrim’s heritage.
In conjunction with the Heritage Forum, the draft heritage plan was informed by an extensive public consultation entitled ‘What’s Your Leitrim Heritage?’, which was held over a six week period (25 February 2019 to 20 April 2019) and included an on-line survey, information sessions and a radio campaign. A total of 124 submissions were received from members of the public and these submissions have informed this draft heritage plan. We are now inviting your comments on the draft heritage plan.
