Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the following proposed development at the N15/R232 junction in accordance with the drawings and documents associated with the Part 8 application:

replacement of the existing N15/R232 priority junction with a roundabout with single lane, entry, exit and circulatory carriageway
provision of active travel facilities throughout the junction
modification of the accesses and property boundary to accommodate road realignment and active travel facilities
associated scheme works, establishment of site compound, site clearance, earthworks, provision of surface water interceptor ditches and swales along with road gullies/drainage tying into the existing road drainage network, kerbing, pavement, accommodation works, lighting, signing and lining, service diversions or relocation, and landscaping. All other ancillary and tie-in works to relevant standards
