Public Consultation on the Draft Cork County Development Plan 2021
The Draft Cork County Development Plan 2021 has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and is now on public display for 10 weeks public consultation up to midnight on Thursday 1 July 2021.
The Draft Plan will replace not just the current County Development Plan, 2014 (as varied) but also the following documents:
- the current Clonakilty, Cobh, Fermoy, Kinsale, Macroom, Mallow, Midleton, Skibbereen and Youghal former Town Council Town Development Plans
- the current 8 Municipal District Local Area Plans 2017
