The construction of 17 no. residential housing units, comprising of; 4 no. 1 bed single storey houses, 4 no. 2 bed two storey dormer houses and 9 no. 3 bed two storey houses.
New access road to connect to existing entrance road off Convent Road and parking.
Hard landscaping including new boundary walls, new opening in existing stone boundary wall, footpaths and street lighting.
Soft landscaping including a green area, planting and tress.
Connection to public utilities.
All associated site works.
