1. The demolition of an existing dwelling and sheds.
2. The construction of 16 no. residential units, being:
- 4 no. two storey two-bedroom houses
- 10 no. one storey one bed apartments (one over one)
- 2 no. one storey two bed apartments (one over one)
3. Set down parking area.
4. New site access and set-down for fire tender.
5. Hard landscaping, including boundary walls, footpaths and street lighting.
6. Soft landscaping including green areas, planting and trees.
7. Connection to public and private existing utilities.
8. All associated site works.
