The proposed development includes the following:

the development of a burial ground
consisting of 319 No. burial plots, 1.8m wide gravelled access footpaths and 3.5m wide access road within the burial ground
the construction of a concrete perimeter wall to the burial ground measuring 300m in length
drainage, kerbing, road boundary and ancillary works
the development of a carpark which will accommodate 33 No. cars
