The proposed works include for the demolition of the existing generator room and the construction of a new, publicly accessible pedestrian viewing platform, new entrance gates onto Lighthouse Road and all associated site works. The Lighthouse is a protected Structure, Record of Protected Structures, RPS ID: 2335 (Youghal Town Development Plan)
