Summary
On 06 March, 2020, the Minister for Housing and Urban Planning notified Cork County Council of his intention to issue a Direction pursuant to Section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended). The draft Ministerial Direction relates to Variation No. 2 of the Cork County Development Plan 2014 (Retail Outlet Centres)
Submission or observations in respect of the draft direction can be made from 9am on Thursday 19 March 2020 to 4pm on Thursday 02 April 2020.
