Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road works on the R589 Macroom Road, Bandon, Co. Cork:
- footpath upgrade and improvements from Kilbrogan Hill Junction as afar as the entrance to St Brogan’s Secondary School
- install a new pedestrian crossing east of the Cork Road / Macroom Road junction
- kerb alignment
- signage
- and all associated works
The works will involve the construction and installation of kerb alignments, pedestrian crossing, road markings and associated works.
