Summary
In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001-2018 (as amended), and as part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing, Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council are proposing to construct as follows:
40 no. 1 bed apartments, 12 no. 2 bed apartments, 59 no. 2 bed houses and 8 no. 3 bed houses at Ballyogan Court, Ballyogan, Dublin 18.
