Summary
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in exercise of its powers vested in them by the provisions of Section 199 of the Local Government Act, 2001 and all other enabling statutory powers, hereby gives notice that it proposes to introduce Bye-Laws to manage and control Stationless Bike Hire operations in the County.
The Council has now drawn up Draft Bye-Laws to regulate such operations.
