Colm McKiernan

Colm McKiernan has been assigned responsibility at Principal level for the Accounts Division within the Department, which includes overall management of financial transactions on the Department's financial management system and the management of the Department's Corporate Customer System. He is also responsible for administration of the Rural Innovation and Development Fund and his Division also provides support to external users of the Department’s On-Line portal.
