Eilish O’Brien has been assigned responsibility of the Area Management Team (Southern Region). Senior Superintending Veterinary Inspector, Eilish O’Brien, leads the teams in the regional offices for the southern half of the country, in the delivery of the Department’s animal health, animal welfare and public health programmes for the benefit of consumers, producers and wider society
