Michael Sheahan is responsible for leading Veterinary Policy in relation to the Animal Welfare (including Transport of Animals), trade in live animals, pig health & related issues, equine issues in including identification, premises registration & control of horses, animal breeding and trading premises (marts, dealers & Export Assembly Centres).
