Noel Clancy has been assigned responsibility at Principal level for the development and implementation of the annual Fishery Harbour, Marine and Coastal Infrastructure programme; operational management of the Department's Fishery Harbour centres; and Aquaculture Licence monitoring, surveillance and inspection programmes.
