Seamus Dunne has been assigned responsibility at Senior Inspector level for the Forest Service Inspectorate which is responsible for the National Forest Inventory; the inspections in relation to forestry schemes and the control of tree felling; forest health; forest reproductive material; and, the implementation of EU environmental directives pertaining to forestry.
