Ted Massey

Nitrates and Biodiversity Division is responsible for providing strategic input to facilitate the development of sustainable agriculture and rural development through the implementation of legislation relating to nitrates and the Environmental Impact Assessment process as well as the provision of specialist and technical expertise to affect adoption of appropriate policy, legislation and programmes relating to soil, water and biodiversity.
