Donegal County Council as the Contracting Authority, in partnership with the Office of Public Works (OPW) are progressing the development of a Flood Relief Scheme (FRS) for Na Dúnaibh (Downings) based on technical, social, environmental and economic considerations.
Through this early Consultation, Donegal County Council wish to provide information on the Scheme so far, and incorporate the views and knowledge of the local community and all interested parties who may a have an interest in its development.
