Principal Officer, IMT Service Delivery

The Principal Officer has responsibility for a number of areas that are common to the delivery of IT ap-plications and services to Department customers and staff. These include IT architecture govern-ance, the management of Customer Identity and Authorisation, and support of services for field and animal health inspections. Technical areas include operation of a DevOps platform, API Man-agement, and IT application Quality Assurance, design and security. Finally, modernisation of appli-cation development process, IT technologies and best practices are an ongoing concern.
