The Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC) provides an appeals service where, if a person is dissatisfied with a decision of the Minister or an officer of the Minister, they may submit an appeal against a decision on a licence, an approval and/or an entry into a register concerning the following:
- afforestation
- felling
- forest road works
- aerial fertilisation
