Principal Officer, International Protection Head of Operations

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for overseeing the operational management of the International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS), including responsibility for providing accommodation to new arrivals, moving applicants within the system and supporting the transition of residents with permission to remain from state provided accommodation to accommodation in the community. This also includes responsibility for outreach to applicants, governance and compliance issues, data collection and reporting, IT projects, and the management of legal cases.
