The HSE has issued a memo in relation to the handling of Covid-19 cases in Early Learning and Care (ELC) and School Age Childcare (SAC) services, which may be found here.
As reported in the media there has also been an interruption to Tusla IT services - Tusla have advised that phone lines are currently operational. A memo in relation to Tusla contingency plans will follow shortly.

The Department is pleased to announce (18 February) that we have established a weekend Covid-19 Support helpline for ELC and SAC providers who have a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 in their service. If you need support over the weekend please contact the helpline, being hosted by the City/County Childcare Committees, on 1800 940341 between the hours of 10am-1.00pm and 1.30pm-4.00pm on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
