Principal Officer, Scheme Oversight, Communication and Coordination

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for the oversight of the operation of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Programme, the National Childcare Scheme (NCS), the Community Childcare Subvention Plus Programme and Parent and Toddler Grant Initiative, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of First 5, the Education for Sustainable Development Strategy, European Social Charter, engagement and communication with stakeholders and Parliamentary Affairs.
