Complaints to the Ombudsman for Children Office (OCO)

If you have a complaint about a public organisation or a service funded by the goverment, you can contact the Ombudsman for Children Office (OCO).
Complaints to the OCO can be made directly by anyone under the age of 18.
Adults can also bring complaints on behalf of children and young people.
