Karen Whitlow

Karen Whitlow is the Head of the Organisational Design Division in the department, responsible for the leadership of all aspects of organisational design in the department.

She is responsible for a number of key corporate functions including the development and implementation of strategies, plans and policies to enhance organisational effectiveness in the achievement of the department's strategic objectives. The team provides oversight, advice and support to the department in relation to organisation design and development including change management and business process management.
