Public Consultation under S19 of Foreshore Act 1933 as amended (Now Closed)

Viewing locations are as follows;

A copy of the application, and the relevant documents, maps, plans, and drawings, are available for inspection, between 21st July 2021 and 19th August 2021 inclusive, free of charge at:

• Midleton Garda Station, Oliver Plunkett Place, Midleton, . Cork, P25 Y439.The public counter is open 24 hours.

• Cork County Council Planning Department, Cork County Council, County Hall, Cork, T12 R2NC.

The public counter opening hours are 9.00am – 4.00pm and are currently open by appointment only.

There is an online booking system on the following website; Cork County Council yourcouncil.ie

• Midleton Library, Main Street, Midleton, Co. Cork, P25 W085. The opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday

10am-1am and 2pm-5.30pm. Midleton Library
