Our Decision Making Processes

The Statement of Strategy defines the department's mandate, mission and strategies for a 2 year period. It sets the key outcomes and indicators that the department will use to measure its performance. It also takes account of the contribution the department and its agencies must make to meet its obligations under international agreements.
