Social Media Policy

Our Social Media Policy explains how our Department engages online.

The Department's accounts on X (previously know as Twitter), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, are all managed by the Communications and Media Relations Section. This policy details the type of content we publish as well as how we interact with others on these platforms.

Our social media accounts allow DCEE to communicate news and updates in a timely manner. They are not intended as a means for submitting queries; these can be submitted via email to customer.service@dcee.gov.ie
