Minister Kyne approves the procurement process for the subsidised ferry service to Whiddy Island Co. Cork

Government Chief Whip and Minister of State for the Irish Language, the Gaeltacht and the Islands, Senator Seán Kyne, announced today that he has approved the procurement process for a 5-year subsidised ferry service to Whiddy Island Co. Cork.

Senator Kyne said today: ‘I am pleased to announce that the procurement process for the ferry service to Whiddy Island can proceed. This service will be of great benefit to islanders and visitors’.
