How to get to our Head Office


DCCS Head Office is located on Leeson Lane, which is just off Lower Leeson Street in Dublin 2. If using online journey planners, it may be helpful to enter the building’s Eircode: D02 R5Y3.

As with any city centre location, there are many means of travel available. This guide gives an overview of the various options. You can use the TFI National Journey Planner to help arrange your travel.

Cycle

There is on-street cycle parking within the vicinity of the building, including on Hatch Street and St Stephen’s Green. There are DublinBikes stands located nearby on St Stephen’s Green and Earlsfort Terrace. In addition, there are generally ‘dockless’ bikes parked in the area, which are available to rent.

Bus

There are many bus options located within a short walking distance of the building. The map below details the various locations and routes served.

Luas

If travelling by Luas, the nearest stop is the Green Line stop at St Stephen’s Green, which is approximately a 9-minute walk from the building. The closest Red Line stop is Abbey Street, which is best reached via the Green Line from St Stephen’s Green.

DART/ Rail

The closest DART station is Pearse, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The building is served from Heuston station by the 145 bus, or it is a 45-minute walk. Connolly Station can be reached by several bus routes, though transfer in the city centre may be required; or it is approximately a 30-minute walk away.

Taxi

There is a taxi rank nearby on Earlsfort Terrace.

Car

It is important to note that there is no car parking at this building, though on-street pay-&-display parking is available in the vicinity.
