As Head of Finance Branch (Payroll and Pensions), Jarlath is responsible for the provision of payroll and expenses services for the Defence Forces, Superannuation and Disability Schemes for the Defence Forces (including policy), old IRA medals and related matters, the co-ordination of tax compliance within the Defence Organisation and the Department’s participation in the Payroll Shared Services project.
