Change Management Office

The Change Management Office provides a monitoring and reporting function across a number of strategic imperatives including the Strategic Framework for the Transformation of the Defence Forces, the Report of the Commission on the Defence Forces and the remaining stand alone White Paper projects.

The Change Management Office works with Defence Forces counterparts (Defence Forces Transformation Management Office) as part of an overall Implementation Management Office for the Commission on the Defence Forces.

The Change Management Office also provides Project Management support and guidance across the Department.
