National Security and Defence Policy Branch

The National Security and Defence Policy Branch provides strategic planning analysis and evaluative support to the Department’s Management Board.

It is also responsible for the production of the Department of Defence and Defence Forces Strategy Statement, and has a role in the implementation of key elements of the Report of the Commission on the Defence Forces.
