The Planning and Organisation Branch provides strategic planning analysis and evaluative support to the Department’s Management Board. It is also responsible for the production of the Department of Defence and Defence Forces Strategy Statement and Annual Report, and has a role in the implementation of key elements of the White Paper on Defence.
