Arrangements for the Election of Staff to Education and Training Boards (ETBs) (2016)

The purpose of this Circular Letter is to provide clarification on certain issues to allow ETBs to make arrangements for the election of staff to Education and Training Boards where staff vacancies have occurred and where no panel is in place for the filling of such vacancies.
