Grant Scheme for ICT Infrastructure – 2019/2020 School Year

As part of the implementation of the Digital Strategy for Schools 2015-2020 Enhancing Teaching Learning and Assessment, funding of €210m for ICT Infrastructure will be distributed to schools over the five years of the Strategy. €110m has issued over the lifetime of the strategy to date.

€40m is issuing now in the form of a grant payment to all eligible schools.

A further €10m in funding will be distributed to eligible schools to support ICT requirements and assist schools in their efforts for continuity of learning to support students at risk of educational disadvantage arising from the COVID-19 closures, details of this funding is provided Circular 0032/2020.
