The Minister for Education and Skills wishes to inform management authorities, Education and Training Boards, Institutes of Technology and all staff liable to pay the Additional Superannuation Contribution under the Public Service Pay and Pensions Act 2017 will be subject to the revised rates outline in this Circular.
