Staffing arrangements in Community & Comprehensive schools for the 2021/22 school year

For the purposes of Section 24(2) of the Education Act 1998 (as amended by the Education (Amendment) Act, 2012), the allocation of teaching posts for the 2021/22 school year is calculated in accordance with the rules outlined in this circular and is based on recognised pupil enrolment on approved courses on 30 September 2020.
